  • Jídlo, obsluha na baru, skvělý kuchar

  • Malý pokoj a zřejmě jsem očekával o něco lepší kvalitu vzhledem k tomu, ze by měl být hotel po rekonstrukci.

  • Nakonec jsme dostali nový pokoj

  • Nepříjemná paní recepční, která se k hostům chová, jako když jsou na obtíž. Od první chvíle absolutně kazí dojem z celého hotelu. Bohužel. Recepční je pro hotel nejdůležitější osoba, protože navozuje atmosféru celého pobytu od prvního okamžiku. Proto úsměv a empatie ja základ. Chtěli jsme se vrátit, ale nechci mít opět pocit, že v hotelu obtěžuji.

  • Měl jsem objednán 4 lůžkový pokoj kde na obrazcích byl jak jsem se dozvěděl nafocen mezenetovej pokoj a pak jsme měli dva dvoulůžkový spojeny dveřmi postele jednolůžkové a ne manželské ani večer nebylo možno si nějak společně sednout na pokoji. Tato chyba ale není hotelu ale portálu hotely cz. kteří pak dělají špatnou reklamu, ostatní vše fajn již jsem třikrát navštívil.
